Dan Smith is a visual artist, photographer, filmmaker, and storyteller based in Durham, NC, and co-founder of Dos Avocados Media — a storytelling company that helps community-focused small businesses find and tell their story. This month, he's leading our Huddle series on Storytelling & Marketing — covering everything from clarifying your origin story and writing better copy, to showing up on camera, repurposing content, and making word of mouth more intentional.
Huddles are open-door, AMA (Ask Me Anything)-style sessions where you can ask the questions you actually have — no agenda, no pressure, just honest conversation with someone who knows the territory.
